Total deductions capped at two-thirds of gross pay (statutory).
R-02
Category caps — per-category share of net pay
Loans 35%, insurance 10%, savings 20% of net pay.
R-03
Minimum take-home pay floor
Take-home pay may not fall below KSh 15,000.00.
R-04
Duplicate mandate — same provider and product already active
No parameters - blocks a second active mandate for the same provider and product.
R-05
Category conflict — category already at its cap
Blocks new deductions when a category already sits at its cap (loans 35%, insurance 10%, savings 20%).
Publish new version
Saves as v4 and makes it active immediately. v3 stays on file.
Rule R-03 - pay after all deductions may not fall below this.
